Ever wonder what you get in those little goodie bags at the end of a premier, event or red carpet?

I've received a few myself, some are worth lugging back to your car, some not so.

Figuring you would get some perfume? a nice rolex? gift vouchers for a premium fashion outlet? huh .. its Rip the Runway right?

Here's an inside look at the BET Rip the Runway giftbag - my question is why bother giving out gift bags for one of your premiere events, if this is all you're gonna put in them.

It's embarrassing.

Everyone in the world must have been aware of the BET Awards hosted early this week in Los Angeles. The Black Entertainment Channel hosted the music and entertainments best of the best. But its down to me ~Miel~ to host the best of the best dress wise.

Here's my breakdown of who impressed me the most during the show. Its the usual suspects - but if they handled their couture right they deserve the kudo's.

Eva - ANTM
I appreciate how Eva Marcille (she dropped the Pigford) is sporting a look that's both red carpet and weather appropriate. So often at these awards shows do you see celebrities wearing fabulous outfits, but you know that they must be hot as hell. Eva's showing off a new cut that's longer than her usual close cropped 'do. Eva was one of the more beautiful winners of America's Next Top Model, and with this look, she's proving that she was worthy of her Top Model status.

Eve looks fabulous at the BET Awards in a body hugging Dolce and Gabbana cheetah print dress. If you keep your eyes off the hair, you're able to appreciate this look.

Beyonce
Beyonce donned her usual shimmery glam look at last night's BET Awards in this silver Dolce & Gabbana floor length gown. If you'll notice, this dress is from the same collection as the dress Naomi Campbell wore on her last day of community service. I am tired of seeing the same looks on Beyonce, but I guess if it ain't broke, you don't fix it. It's her usual look, but she looks great and obviously knows what works best for her.

Rihanna
Rihanna definitely had one of my favorite looks of the night. With her curly asymmetrical bob, and white strapless dress, Miss Fenty looked fabulous. This look definitely proves that less is indeed more. This dress and its detailing are so on point, that Rihanna was able to keep her accessories to a minimum. She keeps it simple with earrings, a big ring, and a thin necklace. Anything more would have taken away from her look.

The hype about Megan Fox is growing strong since the premiere of Transformers. The fresh faced 20 year old recently did a front cover and spread for Maxim Magazine, shown below.

She may not be curing cancer, trying to solve world peace, or, like her counterparts, stoking controversy by drinking and driving or doing blow in public restrooms, but with talk that she's hailed to be the next Angelina Jolie, its a good idea to keep an eye on little ms thang.

Brooke Hogan was caught performing at a radio show in Charlotte, NC wearing some gross homemade assless chaps.

Now I don't follow Brooke Hogan much - I do know who her daddy is (Hulk Hogan) from my days as a wrestling fan a long looong time ago, but I see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree when it comes to fashion sense ... I want to 'clothesline' that clothes line. LOL.

Christina Aguilera would be mad at this knockoff. Customizing your denim should be done with control and moderation of the scissors, Brooke definetly went overboard here, and from the waist down its pretty tragic. With rumors flying she recently got some breast enhancements .. lets just hope she looks better than her poppa when she rips off her shirt.

Simple and sweet, a girl doing what every girl does best .... shopping and spending her dollars on those international labels.

Rihanna went on a shopping excursion with friends in Soho stopping by Betsey Johnson, BCBG Max Azria and Chanel.

She also stopped to take photos of paparazzi taking photos of her.

The Los Angeles Film Festival had a special screening of the new Kasi Lemmons directed film 'Talk to Me' a few days ago, about controversial Ralph "Petey" Greene - the ex-con shock jock that shook up the airwaves in 1960s DC, starring Don Cheadle and Taraji Henson.

I smell Oscar for Don Cheadle, but when is that not the case? His fashion sense though had much to be desired. The checked shirt, tight preppy sweater and timbs combo was not really premiere material.

Chiwetel Ejiofor who also attended looked like a tired businessman who showed up on his break, and as much as I love Cedric the Entertainer, he rolled through in a relaxed Miami hat inspired style, and had me waiting on that bottom button to pop on his crisp white shirt.

All in all I felt the men needed a make-over, but they're saving grace were Taraji P Henson and Vanessa Williams who both looked immaculate at the event.

So every summer I see pictures of beautiful Beyonce luxuriating, tanning, and eating... whether it be in Mexico, Cannes or at some lush resort in a remote part of the world. Out of any other celeb, Beyonce knows how to hang by the beach in a super stylish way.
