Up until lastnight, I only thought of Lebron James as just another 'good' player in the NBA. I didn't feel like he was living up to all the hype surrounding him as he left highschool, skipping college to play NBA ball. And yes, I must admit that over his first few years in the league he did show flashes of brilliance. But nothing to the extent of the domination he displayed lastnight in Game 5 of the eastern conference finals against the Pistons.
The Pistons are mostlikely reviewing the tape today, reliving the pain inflicted by a young superstar who scored 29 points over the final period and 2 overtimes. The Pistons are probably baffled at how the New 23 dumped in 29 of his team's last 30 points and virtually carried them to victory... in their teams HOUSE! And Although they are one of the best defensive teams in the league, there was no stopping Mr.James lastnight.
Lebron, you have earned the right to be called a King. In your young career, you have finally started to hit the record books and produce games that will forever live in the NBA archives as some of the GREATEST GAMES EVER.
