People like to tell me things
and really i dont mind
listening to peoples problems
i always give my time
so this morning i went to work
for a meeting all about me
ended up listening
to the woman i had come to see
she left her husband christmas day
on discovering she was gay
she now lives with a woman
and is happy every day.

The Hustler's Drama

Scenario:

You're a hustler. You have a son and a crazy ass baby momma who steals what you sell AND your money too. She puts you in these situations constantly to the point where now you are having your supplier front you product to move so you can make up for the product your baby momma stole from you.

This doesn't happen SOME of the time...it happens ALL of the time. So you find yourself a shorty (I hate that word) that listens to your problems and holds you down with a place to stay because everytime your baby momma steals from you, you whup her ass and get kicked out of her "MOMMA'S" house or you just leave on your own. Mind you...you are doing all of this in front of your toddler son who one day in the midst of your fighting his mother, gets hit by accident.

So now you are at your shorty's crib - again - and you have hustled and stacked your money and paid the people that you owe back. Now you are getting enough money where you can put a little up and spend a little but you don't give your Shorty a dime for holding you down but you can go buy sneakers and clothes for yourself.

Once your shorty starts to complain about you not helping her with bills or even just offering to help with bills, you get your grown man on, poke your chest out and start cursing her out about guys and relationships that don't even exist. Then you say something bad enough to piss her off to the point where she tells you to leave and what do you do? Go back to your sticky fingers baby momma only to repeat the cycle again. ~ And you call yourself a hustler????

That's what I call burning bridges.

~~~ Based on a bunch of true stories...I got the copyrights so don't steal my shit!!!
When is Enough REALLY Enough?
There are times in our lives when we come across that one person that really makes us feel wanted, needed and loved. However, we become so involved in that relationship and those feelings that we can't really see that we are being used and abused. More so mentally than physically.
We don't want to turn our back on the situation because it will look like and seem like we are running from our feelings or trying to "cop out" because things are getting stronger and we can't really handle it.
But sit back and honestly analyze the situation. I had to. Deeling with a person who cannot let go of their past can be quite stressful, traumatizing, hurtful and exhausting. The question is: when is enough really enough? We say we've had enough dealing with the bullshit and the chaos and the drama but find ourselves falling back into the same ditch over and over again.
However, each time we fall, the value of the situation, whether we notice it or not, begins to deteriorate. (sp) So now, when he or she hurts us or attacks us mentally, it doesn't sting as bad as before. Truth be told, it still stings, but have we REALLY had enough of it? Are we finally at the point where we can say "Fuck U! It's time 2 do ME!!"?
