There are times in our lives when we come across that one person that really makes us feel wanted, needed and loved. However, we become so involved in that relationship and those feelings that we can't really see that we are being used and abused. More so mentally than physically.
We don't want to turn our back on the situation because it will look like and seem like we are running from our feelings or trying to "cop out" because things are getting stronger and we can't really handle it.
But sit back and honestly analyze the situation. I had to. Deeling with a person who cannot let go of their past can be quite stressful, traumatizing, hurtful and exhausting. The question is: when is enough really enough? We say we've had enough dealing with the bullshit and the chaos and the drama but find ourselves falling back into the same ditch over and over again.
However, each time we fall, the value of the situation, whether we notice it or not, begins to deteriorate. (sp) So now, when he or she hurts us or attacks us mentally, it doesn't sting as bad as before. Truth be told, it still stings, but have we REALLY had enough of it? Are we finally at the point where we can say "Fuck U! It's time 2 do ME!!"?
